How to draw online in your browser
You can sketch or make a simple illustration without installing a drawing application. Choose Start Drawing, then Solo in tothecanvas.com.
1. Prepare your canvas
Choose a size that fits your work. Portrait canvases suit vertical illustrations; square canvases suit profile pictures. On a phone, a smaller canvas and fewer layers make editing easier.
2. Pick a brush and color
Use the brush to draw your main outlines. Adjust size, opacity and color in the top bar. Smoothing reduces small hand movements. Try pencil or spray for different marks and use the eraser to make corrections.
3. Work with layers
Separate your sketch, colors and details into different layers. The layer panel controls visibility and opacity. Undo history is limited to protect device memory, so export important stages.
4. Download your work
Choose transparent or background PNG in the export menu. Use JPG for a smaller file. Solo autosave is helpful but does not replace a downloaded copy.
